Earthborn exists because I got tired of watching brilliant people do extraordinary work in complete isolation while the systems they were working to change remained extremely well organized and extremely well funded.
That asymmetry is by design. I am not going to fix it alone. You are not going to fix it alone. That is just math.
What I know is this. The future we are reaching for gets built in the pauses long enough to allow us to make a different choice. In the conversations that happen when we stop following blindly and start thinking together. In the moments when someone finally says the true thing the whole room felt.
This magazine is where together we gather the courage to say what’s true.
I do not have the answers. I have the questions, and twenty contributors who are brave enough to sit with them in public, and a deep conviction that the sitting itself is where everything begins.
